  • Returns Policy
    We will replace any factory-defective item or factory-shrunk item purchased from Grapefruit with a fresh copy of that title.  
    Please email grapefruitpayments@gmail.com and provide the artist, title and format of the defective item, the problem with it, and purchase date.  If we need you to send it back, please be sure to pack it well; we can't be responsible for replacing items damaged on the way back to us.
    Out of stock / backorders
    What if something is out of stock?  Do you do backorder? No, we don't but we will try to get records back in stock, if available, so check the site in a week or so to see if we've gotten it back in.
